How many apples should I order for my school?
As a rule of thumb, we recommend starting with five apples per student: 3 Red apples and 2 Gold apples. Schools can always order more paper apples at no charge once their fundraiser has started. back to top

Who is responsible for tracking the sale of the apples?
Each school’s fundraiser coordinator is required to track the sales of apples using the forms provided with each order. Teachers and administrators issue the paper apples and collect either money or unsold apples. At the conclusion of the program, schools will be required to submit the total amount of money raised for tracking and evaluation purposes. back to top

How much does it cost for my school to participate?
There are no costs for schools to participate. Applebee’s and its vendor partners pay for the printing of the paper apples, all supporting marketing materials and the cost of the products redeemed with each apple. back to top
